Man, Desires and Cycles of Nature

Since the dawn of time man wanted to be consistent, the cyclic nature of the universe has captured him too, he wakes up with the sun and tries to sleep by the moon. He hunted too as the animals followed their cycle, alone and in peace, he would be ready to throw a spear, laden with curare, waiting to strike. He would gather too when the winters became spring and bears broke their slumber. When summer fruits garnished his way when monsoon drenched his thirst away.

All of it was natural, the man did not set an alarm to wake up, the sun and birds did that for him. He didn’t sleep late because of Netflix, he did it because of wolves and owl, who cry and howl. The man too is a creature of habit. He follows what’s best for him in the path of least resistance that’s where the role of the tribe comes into play, as they say, the sheep is only as good as the herd. We can’t deny the pressures we go through when dealing with peers. The obscurity of absurdity crosses the authenticity of familiarity and we fail to deliver the destiny with faith and reality.

Systems given by the nature outweigh created by the men. We do our best when we follow nature. It’s the best for us. And it also applies to nature within us. We can’t keep fighting with ourselves to get ahead of ourselves. We too are cyclic in nature, engrossed in deep momentum given by the source of solar itself.

Nature has a tendency to break itself down every now and then only to build it back up. Rains and autumns, mountains and mayhems, all are a sign of old destruction and new creation. Nature tells us to bid farewell to the old to say welcome to the new. Nature has its way of replacing the less useful with more. Therefore, when we arrive at nature we thrive with nature.

Man, on the other hand, works in a cycle and thinks in stripes, he wishes only to build and gets attached to his creation, unlike gods who created him he denies letting go of what he made. Making the process of reincarnation cathartic. The propensity of his audacity for prosperity becomes brevity of insanity when He asks for powers so he can keep the things in his clarity. He wishes to live forever, never to go away. The disciple of demons disrupts the dance of demigods dismantling the dawn from the dark. The ship of desires keeps loading till they drown. A man can only have so much in his life.

It isn't easy to set boundaries when young and leave the world aside. Decide what you want and how much you can hold. The bubble may show you illusions, it will show you what don’t have, create the desire for more. And like fire in the dark, it will keep getting brighter, first illuminating your way and then burning it away.

Leave the bubble as it will always show you the perverted truth, see with your own eyes, and the life will be smooth.

Ronny's Quandary

It had been a long day, Ronny has had it enough, and he was pissed off, depressed, and feeling alone. The past 2 years he spent preparing for the All India scientists league but he got knocked out by 3 points in the entrance exam. All the sleepless nights, the painstaking notes, and the hope of all his friends and juniors were shattered. The visuals of their disappointment tormented him through the night. He was frustrated. He didn’t know what to do, he knew it was not the end of his life nor that he was alone who fail in the entrance exam, many more brilliant colleagues couldn’t get through it, his coaches too condoled him, “cheer up son! 1 exam is never enough to evaluate a student and 1 setback doesn’t mean you didn’t deserve it.” Said coach Mike, one of the best guides to the exam, they both with many other students spent hours a day training and solving the most probable questions to be asked, as a teacher, he had faith in all of his students. Then came the selection p...

Offline Exams in Hostel days.

I spent 4 years living away in a hostel for my bachelors’ degree. I got this admission after a lot of struggles, and I didn’t want to waste this opportunity, so I started studying every waking second, I got. F rom the lazy careless kid, I had transformed into this scholar who eats drinks and sleeps his studies. I took the classes way too seriously, in my mind, I thought bachelor would definitely be tougher than JEE OR NEET, hence I can’t waste another moment. Full hustle mode. Only after my roommates showed me how to actually live like a hostelite, I calmed down and started to enjoy this new life. Somehow by the last moment, everything gets sorted out in a hostel. You get a senior’s notes, a friend teaches you or you stay up late to mug up the stuff and end up teasing and giggling throughout, but Something always gets done. We’d always sit in groups to study, wanting to meet at 9 we all gathered by 11.30. Of course, we had our reasons like washing clothes, cleaning the room, or late-...
